What does Kevin Costner, Kate from Centsational Girl and Wildwood Creek have in common? Read on.
I was reading an inspiring and entertaining blog post today from The Yellow Cape Cod. While reading and scrolling down to view the design board, the above photo took my breath away. That is my dresser I painted with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Aubusson Blue--oh my!
You must read this adventurous post from The Yellow Cape Cod. Hint: it includes Kate from Centsational Girl and Kevin Costner from Robin Hood.
This dresser was my second painted project on my new blog a year ago.
I don't think the original photos were even edited. At that point I didn't know much about blogging; I was just happy I could figure out how to publish a post.
I still feel like I'm learning so much from blogging, but looking back, I've come a long way.
Thank you The Yellow Cape Cod for featuring my dresser in your design board!

That's so awesome Katie! I love this dresser!!
It's no wonder you were picked for this design board. This dresser is fabulous. I know what you mean about editing pictures. I look back at some of mine and they are so dark. It just goes to show you we aren't too old to learn some new tricks! Happy Weekend Katie...Ann
Katie, stumbled upon your blog by way of centsational girl. The reason I clicked over was because of the blue dresser! I stopped in my path and thought to myself "That is the piece of furniture i need RIGHT now, that I've been searching for EVERYWHERE" I'm redoing a family room and need a funky media console. Oh would I give anything to have this piece! When did you do this piece? where are you located at? How much did this piece sell for? Inquiring minds want to know.
